Why I Reverse Brain Decline
My father was a family physician like myself. He had always been the strong silent person in the family, the one who led the family when walking. But he would talk when you wanted to ask him a question.
Over the last several years he changed- he was silent but now he didn't say much when I asked him questions.
He shuffled along with his walker instead of walking ahead of the family. My mother took on the role of taking care of her husband of almost 60 years with enthusiasm initially. She tried her best but caregiving took a toll on her. Even though there were helpers, she couldn't let them take care of him unassisted so she never really got a break.
I watched him lose to the disease. I tried to help him connect to a Recode provider. But the provider was too far away and my father had more dementia than we thought. He passed away before we could do any treatment. He was a shell of a person he had been leaving behind emotions of heartbreak and longing for what had been and what could have been.
I am driven by what I couldn't do for my father to help others avoid that experience.

Common Questions of Recode Protocol
What is the ReCODE protocol?
It is a brain-centered protocol to feed the brain what it needs with the right food and lifestyle. And get rid of the factors that cause breakdown of brain connections. Alzheimer's has multiple causes - there's 6 subtypes and each person may have several different subtypes. we need to personalize the treatment of Alzheimer's or brain health for person. In a study of 73 patients, the ReCode protocol over 6 months significantly improved brain function and processing speed.
How is it different from Traditional Care?
Traditional care thinks of a silver bullet that will care of THE cause. Traditional care uses medications to treat the symptoms. Alzheimer's or brain health is due to Multiple Causes - think of a roof with 36 holes. Th more holes are patched - the better the roof will function. That is the same with brain health. It has been studied and found to be 6-7 times more effective than the leading Alzheimer's drug which costs tens of thousands of dollars.
What is Neural Therapy?
It is a therapy that directly treats the nervous system developed over a hundred years ago by European physicians. It is classicaly done using injections of anesthetics but it also be done with lasers. It is a treatment of the nervous system by treating the skin. All the nervous system is connected and treating prior surgical scars, physical/emotional injuries can hep the brain get better. It is INCLUDED in the cost of seeing Dr Richard
Am I a Candidate?
Yes. If you are motivated to improve your brain health and are willing to make lifestyle changes in how you eat, exercise, and sleep. You want to find out what's causing your brain health to be not so good and want to make things better by taking supplements and fixing what's negatively affecting your brain. It would be helpful to have someone (spouse or friend) help during this health journey.
What does the evaluation involve?
It is comprehensive. The whole story of how you started having symptoms of brain health is obtained, a physical is done, and a brain health exam is conducted. After that, blood tests as well as other specialty tests are done to figure out what underlying factors are causing the brain health to decline.
What should I expect?
Expect to be a partner in your health journey. You will have to make changes in how you eat, exercise, and sleep, take supplements and/or medications and see Dr Richard at least monthly initially. You might need the help of a ReCode certified coach to help you with the lifestyle changes. In general, you should be getting better within Three months. There may be steps forward and steps backward but the overall trend should be that you are getting better with your brain over time.
